Talisman came together in November
1999.The forming of the band was due to a shared
interest in music. Primarily an indie/rock guitar
band, each member has so many different influences
that it is hard to liken Talisman's material
to a current band. Some individual songs have
been likened to the style of the Stereophonics,
Manic Street Preachers, Oasis and the Kinks
but the band feel that their style is different
to all of these bands. |

to country music newcomer, Tresa Street! Tresa
Street released her second CD, Ain’t Nothin’
Changed, which took 2 years of recording in
Nashville to make. Her current single is a
beautiful love song, “Naturally”. Tresa’s
music was influenced by everyone from Tammy
Wynette to Tina Turner to Cher Bono. It is
country with some pop mixed in and a blues
edge.
