GFM got picked to
be one of this year's 2002 NEMO showcase artist!!!
Here's the link, if you guys are familiar with
it, it's where American Hi-Fi, GODSMACK, and
a lot of other major artists got noticed. It's
basically a huge conference with workshops,
panels, famous speakers, etc. and at night record
company execs, A&R, etc. showcase the bands
who are lucky to get picked to showcase. |

The band Gods Green Herb has
seen many changes over the last year or two.
The band has only been complete since November
2001. Jon being the only remaining member of
GGH has seen everyone out of and into the band’s
formation. GGH has never had a set style of
music, never trying to be the same as the craze
or even what people want to hear. |

Marc and Steve (both 23) met in school. Marc
had been playing and singing in shitey cover
bands. It was around this time that he realised
that music had taken over his life and he had
started writing songs. Steve realised that if
they were going to make it they needed a plan,
soon dubbed the 'Masterplan'. |

| Gwacamoli |
http://www.gwacamoli.co.uk
Gwacamoli was formed in 1998
by brothers Dylan and Gethin Thomas, although
various drummers came and went, Deian Elfryn
and guitarist Gareth Lewis joined the band in
1999. Gwacamoli’s first EP ‘Topsy Turvy’ was
released by Sain Records the same year. Gareth
Lewis left the band soon after the release of
‘Topsy Turvy’ and was replaced by Dyfed Roberts
and then came the addition of Sion Llwyd on
Keyboards. With the contract with Sain Records
due to end in late 2000, Gwacamoli decided to
form their own record label ‘Topsy’ and having
already paid for the studio time themselves,
they recorded the second EP entitled ‘Clockwork’
and released it in June 2001. |
